This week we had the chance to photograph another Portillo’s grand opening, this time in Homewood, IL. Once again, there was a line with customers waiting with excitement for the door to open. Lots of local politicians showed up to show support on opening day. There was a rush to get everything ready and serve the first customers. Congratulations to Portillo’s on another successful grand opening.
