It’s so hard to believe that it’s already time for another year in review post. 2014 wedding season was filled with so much excitement. From photographing a wedding ceremony in a downpour and getting completely soaked to taking wedding portraits on the Brewer’s Field this wedding season was unforgettable.
Besides photographing weddings I was a part of many styled shoots that led my friend Ari and I to start a new project called SproutShoot. I’m extremely excited about this new adventure; we met many talented wedding vendors, built a great network, and really look forward to our 2015 photo shoots.
Throughout the year I continued to volunteer for the Coalition for Children, Youth, and Families and had the opportunity to meet and photograph many wonderful families and children. I had the pleasure of being their photographer for Family Portrait Day and I loved it.
Although it was a year full of amazing weddings and new opportunities it was also a year full of difficult decisions and big changes. As you probably already know we sold our house in Milwaukee and moved to Chicago where hubby started a new job. We are still photographing in the Milwaukee area but are also trying to grow our business in a new area where not to many people know about us yet. It’s definitely a new adventure but we’re very happy with the decisions we’ve made and are excited for 2015.
Thank you so much to everyone who has helped make 2014 another amazing year. Especially our wonderful clients who referred us throughout the years. We would not be where we are today without your support so thank you, thank you, thank you!! Below are just a few photos from behind the scenes 2014. Happy New Year!!
